For the safety of all parties concerned (Drivers, Riders and HYPERGRO, LLC DBA PRIVATE CAR SERVICE (PCS) employees, HYPERGRO, LLC DBA PRIVATE CAR SERVICE (PCS) does background checks on each of its drivers.
By registering or signing up on the app or on the website to be a driver for Hypergro, LLC dba Private Car Service (PCS) you give us your permission to perform a background check that includes drivers records, arrest, and other pertinent information. You also acknowledge this authorization and privacy notice.
This notice describes how HYPERGRO, LLC DBA PRIVATE CAR SERVICE (PCS) and its affiliates/subsidiaries (collectively “Hypergro, LLC dba Private Car Service (PCS) ”) collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process the personal data (“Candidate Data”) of individuals who apply or are considered for a position with HYPERGRO, LLC DBA PRIVATE CAR SERVICE (PCS) (“Candidates”)

SCOPE AND APPLICATION

  • Additional Information: Any other personal data provided during the job search, application, or interview process, including:

    • Medical or disability information

    • Skills assessment data

    • Additional work or educational experience

    • Information about employment offers from other companies

    • Reasons for acceptance or rejection of offers


2. Data Received from Other Sources

We may also collect candidate information from third-party sources, including:

  • Background Checks: Criminal history records (where permitted by law)

  • Prior Employment Information: Compensation, educational degrees, and employment history from employment agencies, publicly available sources, social media, former employers, or educational institutions

  • Reference Information: Information provided by references you supply

  • Legal Records: Criminal records, arrest information, and driver’s records

In addition, if you apply for a position in the United States, or in another country that permits such voluntary data collections, you will have the opportunity to provide information about your gender, race/ethnic origin and/or veteran status in order for us to conduct equal opportunity monitoring. Where permitted by law, we may also infer some of this information for past Candidates in order to improve our recruitment process. The provision of this information is entirely voluntary, and where required by law (including in the European Economic Area (“EEA”)), we only collect such information with your express consent. If you decline to provide this information, your application(s) will not be affected in any way. If you choose to provide this information, you consent to our using it for equal employment opportunity monitoring purposes. This information will be held and stored anonymously and will not be used to evaluate your application for employment.

USE OF CANDIDATE DATA
